US Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the item's delivery date. Store credit is redeemed free of charge and can be used immediately on the website or saved for later use. Refunds are subject to a $15 handling fee to cover the return shipping label and storage costs.

Please inspect the returned item inside and out. Remove any pet hair and gently rinse with water for any signs of wear. Before packaging, ensure the item is in perfect condition.

International Returns and Exchanges

We do not provide prepaid return labels for international orders. All return duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of the ship date.

All sales on archive promotions, bundles, and Black Friday are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. There will be no price adjustments for previous orders.
