Shipping Information

US Shipping:

Free shipping on domestic orders of $200 or more.

We typically ship within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Please allow up to 72 hours for shipping during peak periods. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Friday will not ship until Monday. We ship from Los Angeles, California.

USPS Priority Mail takes 2-4 days, USPS First Class takes 2-7 days, and UPS SurePost takes 5-10 days. We cannot guarantee shipping or delivery times.

International Shipping:

We ship to countries worldwide through our partner, Passport Shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are free on orders over $400.

We typically ship within 48-72 hours, Monday through Friday. We ship from 114 Southwest Blvd, Kansas City, MO 64108.

Our shipping costs do not include customs duties that may be incurred upon delivery of your order. Since taxes vary from country to country, please contact your local postal service to inquire about local taxes. Orders returned due to customer refusal to pay customs duties will not be refunded or exchanged.
